Welcome to Hi-Tech Eco Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 61 667 359 515). These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers engaging us for the supply and installation of Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, Solar PV Systems, and Batteries in New South Wales and across Australia. By accepting a quote, making a payment, or proceeding with installation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

Your agreement with Hi-Tech Eco Solutions begins when you:

  • Pay the deposit shown in your quote;
  • Accept our offer over the phone or by email; or
  • Sign and return the quote (by email or post).

This ensures a clear understanding before we proceed with your heat pump installation, solar system, battery storage, or air conditioning.

2. Customer Warranties

You confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Own the property or have full authorisation from all registered owners at the installation address;
  • Have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), bank cheque, cash, or credit card.
  • The balance must be paid on or before the day of installation.
  • Late payments will attract a $250 administration fee plus reasonable recovery costs (including legal fees).

4. Important Notice

  • Quotes are valid for 45 days once a deposit is paid. If installation does not occur within this period, a new quote will be issued, as rebate amounts (such as STC, ESC, PDRS, or Solar Victoria rebates) may change.
  • You have a 10 business day cooling-off period to cancel this agreement.

5. Our Obligations

Hi-Tech Eco Solutions will:

  • Supply and install your Heat Pump, Air Conditioning Unit, Solar PV System, or Battery as quoted;
  • Engage only licensed plumbers, electricians, and Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited installers and designers.

6. Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • Pay the balance on or before installation;
  • Assign all Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs), Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs), Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) credits, Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs), and Solar Victoria Hot Water Rebates (SHPR) to Hi-Tech Eco Solutions or its agents;
  • Cover any costs of meter upgrades or alterations;
  • Pay for any additional site works required to complete your installation safely.

7. Price Adjustments

  • Prices may be adjusted if unforeseen site-specific requirements are identified, subject to your written consent.
  • Rebates, incentives, and discounts (STC, ESC, PDRS, VEEC, SHPR) are included in your contract price. If they change or are unavailable, you must cover the difference.
  • Any extra site works (such as electrical upgrades or meter changes) are at your expense.

8. Cancellations & Termination

  • We may cancel if government legislation changes prevent installation (deposit refunded).
  • If you do not agree to extra site costs, either party may cancel, and you will receive a full refund.
  • You may cancel during the cooling-off period and receive a 100% deposit refund.

9. Refunds

Full refunds apply if:

  • The final system differs significantly from the quoted system and you do not approve;
  • Site-specific performance estimates are not provided before the cooling-off period ends and you do not consent later;
  • Quoted equipment cannot be sourced, and you reject the offered equivalent substitute.

10. Delivery & Installation

  • We will take reasonable steps to ensure your system is delivered and installed on the agreed date.
  • You must provide access to your property for inspection, delivery, and installation of your heat pump, solar panels, air conditioning, or battery storage system.

11. Target Date

  • We aim to install your system by the Target Date.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or other factors outside our control.
  • If installation is not completed within 4 weeks after the Target Date, you may cancel and receive a refund.

12. Entire Agreement

This document is the entire agreement between you and Hi-Tech Eco Solutions. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By accepting a quote, making a payment, or proceeding with installation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions for heat pump, solar system, battery, and air conditioning installations with Hi-Tech Eco Solutions.
